How to escalate complaint
At Golat, we strive to provide outstanding customer service each and every day but we realize that there are always room for improvement. That's why we're making it easier for you to share your comments, concerns and ideas with us.
While we're confident that our customer service representatives can handle your service needs, if you feel that this is not the case and your concern has not been addressed to your satisfaction don't hesitate to ask to speak to a manager.
If you are not completely satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer representative or our manager, we encourage you to contact the Golat Customer Relations Department, where one of our senior representatives will work with you to address your complaint.
To serve you faster, please be sure you have the following information available to help expedite the resolution of your concern;
- The Manager’s name and employee number
- The date the conversation took place
- A brief overview of your problem
- The product or service involved
